19-002 Channel Balance Top Guide

Hello! I am looking to replace the balances in my windows and having a tough time determining the difference between the 350 and 351. I ordered a S350-33 : 33" Series 350 Channel Balance. The balance top was fine, but I had to trim the balance shoe to fit because it was too deep I cant seem to find a good match to replace one of the same type. I am trying to order balances and guides and am not sure about all the part numbers. The parts I am able to identify are 19-002, 15-001 and 18-108.

Hi, I have an odd-ball stamp on the channel balances I need to replace. It's 3470. Is this a custom size? The series 390 channel balance with a 35" long metal channel for a non tilt window. 9/16" (1/2") with a 15-001 shoe and a 19-002 top attached seems like the perfect match, except the stamp. ... I sent the picture of the shoe attachment, top attachment as well as the markings on the unit. I think it is a series 350. It is 28 inches long. I would like to buy several of this configuration. We are in Redwoodshores , Redwood City CA.

Hi, I'm sure I have the 19-002 top on my balance. The shoe is a little confusing. Can you tell me what the difference is between the 15-002 and 15-001 shoes? the stamped numbers are 23 3 L 1 Thanks Candie

2040 is stamped on the side. The metal u channel is 22 in long. Please help thanks

This part in picture needs to be replaced in two Windows. It has the numbers 2430 engraved on it.

Will you please help me identify the correct replacement balance? I think the right match is a 29" Series 390 with 19-002 top and 15-002 shoe. Need replacement glazing for yale ogron window. If it helps, we use the 351 style balance w/ 19-002 & 15-002, it also uses the Yale Ogron vent guide.

I need to know what to order to replace these. The smaller one has the number 2090 30 PR and is 20 3/8". The longer one is 26405 OL and is 26 3/8". The measurements are just the metal parts, not the plstic tips.

What's the purpose of a balance shoe? I am trying to select new balance, I don't have a true original. The top seems to be a 19-002, but I don't know how to determine the correct shoe. Hi, My channel balance top guide is very similar to the 19-002, and the horizontal piece had broken off (see pic). I was wondering if it serves any purpose and whether I need to replace it. Thanks, Dan
