When window is being opened, it tilts clockwise. I am thinking the balancers are broken and they are sliding out of track. Can you please let me know which window channel balance can replace the following Milgard Manufacturing balance? 20 5 DX CMC 7 The metal channel is 21 inches long on the outside and 20 inches inside in between the attached fittings. Thanks, Mark

The balances have the following numbers stamped on their sides 2020Z (21 inch) or 2220Z (23 inch).They are both 1/2 inches wide and appear to have the 19-005 fitting on the top and the 15-004 fitting on the bottom. mine are single hung windows, over twenty hears old. One is stamped 20 3 KP Caldwell, and the other 26 4 LP Caldwell. I'm looking at 380 and 385 as likely clones but can't decide which. What is difference?

Do not know the window brand. Only marking is the number 2020P. The meta part is 21. 1/8" long. I need 4. 2 per window. Previously returning the S385-20. Wrong end and to long. Please help.
