S380-21 21" Series 380 Channel Balance

mine are single hung windows, over twenty hears old. One is stamped 20 3 KP Caldwell, and the other 26 4 LP Caldwell. I'm looking at 380 and 385 as likely clones but can't decide which. What is difference?

Howdy, I need to find a replacement balance that fits this Viking window.

My balance is old on the side it's numbers 20 4 DR CALDWELL. On the shoe it has the numbers 15P102 with a 6 underneath.

I need a channel balance that is 21 inches long without top or bottom plastic pieces attached (22 inches long assembled). It is very similar to Series 380/385 Channel Balances. Please see identification numbers on attached photo.

The numbers on the channel balance is as follows 20 2 HW CMC 2 I think I've narrowed it down to the Series 380 or 385 but I don't see the difference between the boots

The length is 21, its should be Non-Tilt window. 1/2" width. Could you please help me to figure out which number it is? I tried so hard to find where to order them. Thank you!

need part number One of the windows balancer cords broke. stamp on balancer shows 20 4 FQ. Balancer measures 22 inch including plastic part window is a milgard brand thank You tom

It's 21" long but the shoes attached top and bottom have wings (see pictures)

There are no numbers on the sash. The window weights about 15lb. Based on this which stamp option would be best. The 2030 12-15lb or the 2040 15-23lb. Thanks

I have taken out one of the channel balances from my sliding up and down window and carefully matched it to the 21" Series 380 Channel Balance pictured above. However the only numbers stamped on the balance are as follows: "20 4 EU CMC 2". How do I choose which option to buy? Does the 20 4 ... (cont.)

Please inform which part number I should use from the photos. This is for a Milgard vinyl window. Note, it appears from your website this should be a Series 380 or 385 part.
