S380-21 21" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hello, Trying to find a replacement for the attached balancer. It says its a Calwell 20 3. Length of the metal is 535?? (21.06") which does NOT include the plastic parts. From my research of your website its either a 380 or 385, but I'd appreciate some professional confirmation! Please let me know ... (cont.)

I have a 21" channel balance that is 1/2" thick. In the photos submitted, one tab on shoe and top attachment were broken. "2030" is stamped on the channel. Please help me identify this part.

Need replacement for this window. It is an 1991 Alpine Vinyl Clad single hung window that does not tilt out. One of the 22" side springs is gone.

Need both right and left for single hung Milgard window. Channel length is 21 inches (metal portion only). Believe it is 1/2 in wide. Please advise correct replacement and price. Thanks, Dave.

The metal channel measures 21 inches the only identifiable numbers I can find are 20 3 DN Caldwell.

There are markings 20 4 caldwell am.
