S380-21 21" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hi there: Based on the measurements and the sashes, I believe the replacement will be the S380-21 series. I have two questions. Will this replacement channel balances fit the Milgard windows? If it does, will it come fully assembly and ready for use? Thanks De

I need a replacement window channel balance. I think that's the name of the part. It is a 21" long metal channel with springs and line inside and plastic fittings on each end. I need to replace some window balances which appear to be series 380 (w/#19-005 bottom clip) or 385 (w/#19-004 bottom clip) but your website depicts these clips identically. I would like to replace the sash balance on my single-hung aluminum RADCO windows. "2040" is indicated on the old sash balance. A local supplier sells an acceptable substitute with the designation "20 4 HV CMC 7" instead of 2040. Do you sell this part? THANKS
