Hi, need balances for my other window. You already recommend some replacement for some of the windows and it worked beautifully. the number on the balance are 26 4 BO Caldwell and 20 4 AD Caldwell. thank you.

I am in need of some Milgard channel balances.One is numbered 20 3 DV CMC7 x2And One is numbered 32 5 GV CMC2 x6 I appreciate any assistance in getting these replacements. Thank you ,Tony

Hello,I have an older Milgard window. The balancers are broken and I'm having trouble locating the correct guide for one end. S395-21 seems to be the right part however one end doesn't match right. My balance is 1/2 inch wide and 20 7/8 long (metal only). I can't tell what the top and bottom attachments are. The top is either 19-002 or 19-005. Not sure how to tell. The bottom is either 15-001, 15-002, 15-004 or 15-005. Again not sure how to tell. It says to measure how deep the bottom shoe ... (cont.)

Hi, I am looking to replace broken channel balances in Millard windows from about 1989. The metal piece is 21 inches. I believe the one plastic end is the "1 3/32" size as opposed to the 1 inch. Thanks, Mark Solie.

Need to replace as the nylon string on one of the balances severed and broke. Markings on the channel balance: 20-4 KC5 CMC 54. Measured length is 21 inches.

Hi, We are trying to replace the channel balances on of our two windows. Our handyman helped us in taking the broken originals out for these pictures but he replaced them to keep the windows stable. Followed the directions in your video about the pictures required and are attaching five of them ... (cont.)

Hello I am in need of a replacement counter balance as show in the attached pictures. The metal portion measure 21 inches, the table on each end measure 15/16 inch, the curves end that goes at the top is 1 and 1/16 inch from the back of the tab to the front of the curve.
