S380-21 21" Series 380 Channel Balance

I have more pictures/meaurements of this balance. Please let me know what you need. The windows are KINRO, vinyl frame, not to be confused with Kinro Composites.

Need to replace as the nylon string on one of the balances severed and broke. Markings on the channel balance: 20-4 KC5 CMC 54. Measured length is 21 inches.

The 350 and 380 look the same can you help please

Hi, We are trying to replace the channel balances on of our two windows. Our handyman helped us in taking the broken originals out for these pictures but he replaced them to keep the windows stable. Hello I am in need of a replacement counter balance as show in the attached pictures. The metal portion measure 21 inches, the table on each end measure 15/16 inch, the curves end that goes at the top is 1 and 1/16 inch from the back of the tab to the front of the curve. Chanel Balance, similar to 3230. 30" except this is only 21". marking on balance is "20 4 EQ Caldwell Also need top sash guide that is appropriate for this window.

21" channel balance for Milguard non-tilt window. The string of one of the balancer broke. I would like to replace both of them. I replaced one of the similar window channel balancers before.
