I need to replace a broken balancer. It measures 21(metal part only). It has a stamp on it that says 2040T

Chanel Balance, similar to 3230. 30" except this is only 21". marking on balance is "20 4 EQ Caldwell Also need top sash guide that is appropriate for this window.

21" channel balance for Milguard non-tilt window. The string of one of the balancer broke. I would like to replace both of them. I replaced one of the similar window channel balancers before.

One of the tension cords in our window has shredded and then broke. The piece inside the window with the spring has the following stamp on it: 20 4 EP CALDWELL.
