S380-27 27" Series 380 Channel Balance

Basically our window in our boys room one side broke so it doesn't hold up properly so I decided to fix it,I just don't know what exact part it is and these home improvement stores aren't helping..

I need to replace a window Chanel balancer. The string is broken. I have the part number from the balancer it is: 26-4 JD5 CMC- 54 Then length of the channel without the plastic end tips is 27 inches.

Need 6 balances. Channel length is 27" Stamp reads 26 4 IW CMC 11

Hello, I am trying to find a replacement for a window balance any help would be appreciated. The balance has the markings: 26 4 GW CMC 10 The length of the metal portion is 27" in length, 5/8" across the opening of the U and the height of the U wall is 9/16".
