I am looking for the proper replacement part. It is 27 inches long per instructions on your website on how to measure. The string inside snapped.

Windows are original to the home built in 2001. I have an image of the window label attached as well if that can be or use in determining parts. I need 4 channel balances (2 windows, exactly the same).

I need a block and tackle window balance, quantity 2, to replace broken ones for my non-tilt double pane window. Stamping on the balance is "26 4 GS CALDWELL". The metal part measures 27". Pictures above. Can you quote me replacements.Thanks,James

I have non-tilt windows. The width of the channel balance is 1/2 inch. I have some 28" in length stamped B.S.I. 2730 and some 24" in lenght stamped B.S.I. 2330. See photos attached.

I need 6 of the 27" and 2 of the 23" there was no markings and I measured just the length of the metal. They did measure 9/16 which is your 1/2 ".

Channel is 27" long by 1/2" wide. Marking is "26 5 AX CMC 1"

Metal channel not including plastic end measures 27 inches. 9/16 wide.

Can you help me order the correct balances for two different windows? I have identified the two as SM and LG. I have additional photos, but I was limited to 5 photos.

Current balance has a 26D USB on them. Which part number do I need?
