S380-27 27" Series 380 Channel Balance

I need to replace some channel balances I think the measurements are: 17 pounds, 1/2" channel width, metal length of balance is 27", the fittings have wings on both ends, I think the bottom shoe is slightly more than an inch. The marking on the balance shows "26 3 BSI 00" Please see pictures. ... (cont.)

They are Marked 26 5 JO Caldwell and They are 1 inch depth across the bottom bracket by 27 long and a half inch wide Thank you

The plastic ends ar 15/16 inch wide at the widest part of the tabs. The metal track is 1/2 inch on the narrow side and 5/8 on the wide side. Hi, the closest match i could find was a 27" series 385, please confirm, or do I need something different? I have 2 windows that the piece has come off and windows won't stay open and shimmy to the point of coming out?

I am looking for the proper replacement part. It is 27 inches long per instructions on your website on how to measure. The string inside snapped.

Windows are original to the home built in 2001. I have an image of the window label attached as well if that can be or use in determining parts. I need 4 channel balances (2 windows, exactly the same).
