Hello, I need help identifying the correct balance top for my channel balance. I cannot locate the black balance top on your website. See the attached pictures. I need to replace my channel balances on my non tilt window. It has this on the balance: 27 4 GX CMC 11 The metal piece is 28 inches long and has plastic ends attached. Please see photos.

Please advise on pricing and availability for replacement channel balance for my windows. The balances in the windows are 27 3 FQ Caldwell and some are 27 4 LP Caldwell. I have attached pictures of the ends.

Need help identifying window channel balance replacement for non-tilt Rollyson aluminum windows. My larger/wider windows have a 27 4 FL Caldwell stamp on the existing channel balances. The numbers stamped on the balance are 27-3 DL5 CMC 43. I would think this would be a 27" balance but the metal piece measures 28" top to bottom not including the accessories. The sash weighs about 17 lbs. Can you help with a replacement(s).
