Metal is 28" long. 2730 stamped.

Need 2 replacement bars with proper end pieces and 2 window clips

The numbers stamped on the balance are 27-3 DL5 CMC 43. I would think this would be a 27" balance but the metal piece measures 28" top to bottom not including the accessories. The sash weighs about 17 lbs. Can you help with a replacement(s).

Original windows in house built in Ohio in 1983. Channel balance measures 28" long and 9\16 wide. The number is 2740Z.

The channel track has the numbers 27 3 BSI OD on the lower part of it

Hi, Preface: not handy at all, trying to help the girlfriend in her new house - any help appreciated! We were told we need balances (and some springs) for windows that appear to be 28'. not sure which ones match these. couldnt find any other numbers beside one in photo. Also want to order any other parts that go on the window. There was like top clips that screwed on to window as well.

Stamp as pictured: 27 4 bsi 00 The width (or height) of bigger plastic piece is a little over 1" which apparently requires different channel than if it was exactly 1" -relevant according to one of your posts. Weight of window is 23 lbs. Whole window size is about 34"x58" Thanks, Jeff ... (cont.)
