window balance has 2790BSILL25 on it.metal part is 28 inches long and with plastic ends it's 25 inches long.What channel balance do you suggest?thanks,Susan

Hello, I am replacing the balances in my windows, both sides are the same. The windows are Milestone Single Hung Series 1000, 28B USB. I believe they are your series 380 28? but I?m unsure of the weight. I have attached photos if you can assist me with this. Thank you

The numbers stamped in the metal were 27 4 for the 28 inch channel balance (need four of these), and 30 2 for the 31 inch channel balance (need 2 of these). My balance does not match any of the numbers you show. My balance is for a CWS window made in Ocala Florida. only markings on it are 28 5 odBSI. it is 28 inches long. Your balance S380-28 matches the ends of my balance just not sure of the weight of the springs. It is a non tilting window. ... (cont.)

28" Channel Balance. This is for a non tilt window. The balance is 1/2" wide. It has markings on side "BSI" stamped horizontally and "27 C" below it going lengthwise. Pictures 627 and 628 show one end. picture 629 shows other end.

HI, I need to replace broken aluminum windows sash balances. I ordered 2 pieces a couple of moths ago, but they did not match the originals. The part I order is S371-28. Balance is 28" long and is stamped with 27 4 CALDWELL HM. Pictures include both ends including the stamped information provided. I will need a total of 4 balances for 2 windows. Bottom shoe looks like 15-004 and top shoe is similar to 19-002 but has wings as shown in picture

I believe this is S380-28. Does that look right? Just make sure that 28" is the length of the metal bar, because that's how we determine the length of the balance.

The only marking I found said "28 4 DL Caldwell". I measured the metal part and it was almost 28 inches (not including the plastic ends).

Hi! I need balances for 5 windows. My measurement for the width for the balances is 5/8. The balance is 28 inches. The window pane is 34 inches x 29 inches. I attaching a picture of a patio door handle also. Please let me know what to order. Thank You!
