S380-28 28" Series 380 Channel Balance

Need 4 channel balance and 10 plastic part connected to window

l need two channel balance two tack out clip top shash guide two shash guide base.

The balance is about 28 inches long. I would also need the plastic part that goes on each end of the balance.

Need to replace channel balances on Alenco window. It has 2730 stamped on it. Would it be easier to lift the window if replaced with 2740? Also, the weather strips in the top window needs replacing. What do I need for that? Part no.?

This balance is a 1/2 in channel, 28 in length, with the 1 in 15-005 shoe. So, it looks like the Series 380. However, I do not see an option for a 2780 stamp weight (over 40lbs?). Is this rating available? -- Thanks

Hi, we have sunair channel balance stamped 2740 . So we ordered S380-28 for 2740. One side went okay, but other side got broken during installation. My hasband weight window sash , it was 20lb. Hi, I don't see any markings on the channel balance except one of them says 2740. Looking at the pics do I need S380 channel balance or something other. What other parts would I need to order. Attaching picture. Very much apprecaite your help.

No stamp on part number on original window. I believe it is a 380 or 385 but can't be sure. Is there anywhere else to look for a part number?

Hi, I noticed there is only a slight difference between the 350-28 and the 380-28. My windows had the 350 in them and I replaced them and they work fine. I was looking at the top on the 380 and with the added wings I felt they would stabilize the window better so I bought a pair and I actually think ... (cont.)

I have 2 windows that need channel balances. These are aluminum single hung non tilt windows. Approximate sizes are as follows 36x34 channel balance 34" 36x28 channel balance 28" I can't find any names or stamps on the balances and do not know the weight of the windows. my balance has markings 27 5 GP Caldwell. it is 28" long not including plastic parts and 1/2" wide. I have more pictures if needed I think one plastic end is 19-005 and the other 15-005, windows were installed in 1999. I need 2 new balances. Thanks Mike

I have Alenco windows installed around 1984. The balance is stamped 2730. Does your product S371-28 work in the Alenco window. If so do I need the black top caps and no additional pieces? All the plastic pieces on the current windows have failed.

please let me know the replacement part. Do I need to weigh the window to know the spring option?

Hi, I need help on identify the PN of the broken balance. I think it makes sense to replace the whole balance than fixing the cord. Please advise. Thanks in advance. Charles
