S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hello, I have two windows that require new balances. One window is stamped 28C (weighs about 17 pounds) and the other is 28D (weighs about the 29 pounds). The top and bottom guides are the same on each balance, but I am having trouble identifying them. The top guide has the same measurements as the ... (cont.)

1/2 inch x 29 inch non tilt channel balance only marking 28B.

Metal 29 inches long. Inside channel 1/2 ×1/2 need 20 Thank you

Unique 28-B-20 is the marking on the balancer. Milestone single hung series 1000 windows. The bottom foot appears to be 7/8", but the only two choices I see are 1" and 1.xx". It also looks a little different than the picture. What would be the part number I would need? Or do none of these work for ... (cont.)

29inch balances 1/2 inch with 1" foot 6 window panes are 14 pounds 2 windows are 21 pounds All the same height 2 are wider and heavyer Wing on foot broken on one side

Hi, Sorry for the poor quality photos. Hope there is enough there for an expert to figure out. The metal length is 28 inches. Unfortunately, didn't measure the width. Let me know if this is not enough info. Regards.

I have ordered the S380-34 and it came in 1" shorter than the current one it has stamped on it 3330. Is this an error in shipment or is this the correct channel balance replacement?

They do not tilt. 2830 is the number on them. 1/2" wide.

Windows are single hung, non-tilt. Metal part measures 29". Need to replace on at least two windows. Internal system came apart but I can see a couple of small wheels, pulley, elastic cord and more.

What SWISCO part number do OI need to order based on the photos and number stamped on the channels? I have replaced the channels in a prior home just not sure what part number i need now.

The sash measures 30" The only Numbers on them are stamped " 28D" For hurricane rated windows. So windows are heavy and roughly 25 lbs with heavy springs in them/ not spiral sashes.
