29" long, 1/2" wide it has 28C stamped on the metal, there is no other info on the metalI will be sending another e-mail for a second window.

The channel is 29 inches long stamped with the numbers 28C USB

Metal portion of the balancer is 29". I believe I need a S380-29 option 2830. Have included pictures of the ends and the the metal is stamped 2830. Thanks for the help!

Looking for 12 Milestones Singlehung series 1000 UB 28D Channel Balances window weight 28 pounds

They measure 1/2" and the length is 28 5/8" I need 2 if these (left and right side) I also need the little hook thing at the top of the frame that you pry out with a flat head screwdriver. I'll take 2 if those also Thanks!

I'm ordering some non-tilt window balance replacements. I have a question before ordering, what is the difference between the s380 and the s385 series? I know mine is 29" block & tackle balance. my problem is I can't accurately ID the ends or guides. The only marking I see on my original balances ... (cont.)

My balance has the stamp "28D USB" on it. It does not match an option. Any help would be appreciated.

I am looking to replace some channel guides on what I think are Kinco windows. I believe they would be your 380 model as I measured the shoe, and it has a 1" depth. The stamp indicates 28 4, which I think translates to your 2840; however the sash actually weighs 16 lbs; so should it be 2830. Plea ... (cont.)

Only markings found on the rod is "unique 29 10" "29-08-00"
