Hello, Recently the tilt broke and the spring came up the top of the window. The white plastic part sheared off so I do not have a complete image of that just pieces. Hello I pulled these out of the windows that won't stay up. The plastic pieces are mostly i Intack I'm not sure why they won't hold the window up. I pulled another set off a different set of windows and they are 26 ? threes. Should I go with a higher weight on this to a 29?3? Looking for your expert ... (cont.)

Do you have the balancers that are marked 29C USB 29D USB They are 31 inches in length.

Our windows are original installs from 20 years ago. Several of them open with misaligned and one or both of the channels don't seem to be engaged. Please see photos. Not all the windows are the same size. This is just one of the channels. Thanks.
