When we lift up the window, the rail stays up. We followed directions on how to fix it and got the string to go back in it's place but it keeps doing the same thing. I believe we need a replacement rail (block and Tackle Sash and the plastic ends.

Marking on channel- "32 4 AW CMC 4". Channel (metal) is 33" long. Total length of assembly is 34".

Hello, I need 4 each of both balances shown. 4 x 28" and 4 X 33". The 28" balances have a stamp of 27 3 BSI The 33" balances have a stamp of 32 5 bx cmc 11 I believe the parts on both are the same.

Can u please help me identify the cannel balance I would need. I found what I need on ur website but looks like the bottom shoe does not match. Rest everything looks good. I would need 4 of 27 inch ones and 2 of 33 inch ones. Please see the attached pictures of both.

Milguard balancer.

All of a sudden I have had channel balancers on 4 windows fail (2 are the same size) at the same time. I have attached pictures of the numbers on the channel as well as a picture of one of the full balancers which I took out. I don't know the original manufacturer but maybe these will be familiar to ... (cont.)

Probably need to replace both balancers.Can you indicate which ones we need based on those numbers in the pic?ThanksKen
