Number stamped on the balance is23 C BSI The metal length of the rod is 24 inches

Length of the metal is 24" writing says 23 4 JS CALDWELL

I'm looking for windows parts for replacement. I need 4, 24 inches long, and 8 inches long. I measured only the metal parts, but I need the plastic parts as well. I need to know if y have them. Thanks. Olga
