Gapco Windows. 2330 24" channel balances. The top guides do not appear to be listed. The top is 7/8" x 11/16". Height is 1-13/16". Width is 5/8" Upper section is 5/8" deep, lower section is 3/8" deep. Top hole is 1/4" from top. Need two channel balance top guides. I am also ordering two 233 ... (cont.)

My home was built in 1991 and I want to replace the channel balances for non-tilt windows 1/2" wide balances total of 14 windows - 2 balances for each side so a total of 28 balances.I don't understand how to translate your product number with my channel balance numbers that I located at the bottom o ... Jordan window balances with the following stamped on each: 23 3 BS1 15 1 BS1 28 3 BS1 They all have the same top and bottom pieces.

I have a number of Kinco windows which I believe all need the plastic parts replaced...at a minimum the top sash guides. These are from the same window but are marked as 2220 and 2320. One appears to be a little longer than the other, but they are not perfectly straight now.

I could not find my channel balance replacement on your website. The balances are 24" in length ( the metal part) and 9/16" in width. I am having trouble identifying which series to select. Bottom shoe measures 1-1/8". Metal length is 24" marked with 23 3 LQ CALDWELL The top piece - spring attaches to the top end - Which model balancer should I select to match to this? Thank you

The metal part is 24 inches. The number stamp is 2340V. The windows are Millard.

I believe this is a 60 series channel window balance. The metal is 24 inches long. The number on the metal is 2340

Hello, I believe I've identified this part as the S390, but could someone confirm, based on the photos? The width of the channel is just over 1/2", and the bottom shoe appears to be 1 1/8"- if I've measured correctly. Thanks, Marie
