We think that the 390 series is a match for our old seasonall 1/2 in window channel balances. BUT - when we measure the metal (without the nylon ends), we measure 23-1/2 inches (not 24). So - we're not sure if we should get the 23 inch or the 24 inch. Help!

Hello, my channel balance doesn't have a matching number. The # I have is 2340, can you help? I need two of each, now I can't decide if I need series 351 or 390,the length of the channel shoe is 1.093, measured with a caliper, so is it 1" or 1.125? I'm guessing these are about 30 yrs old (late 80's). They appear to be a match for the S800-24 (metal portion is 24" long); the only concern I have is the shoe, which doesn't look exactly the same (pretty close though). I have no number stamped on the any of my balances. I checked all three windows. I think it's either 351 or 391. They look the same in the pictures.
