S390-27 27" Series 390 Channel Balance

This window balance if for a non-tilt out window. The markings on the side say 26 4 BQ CALDWELL. The length of the actual metal portion of the balance is 27" and it's 1/2" wide. From the ones available on your site it looks like it could be an S351 or S390 but I can't tell which one. Thanks for ... (cont.)

Hello, My name is Walt. My channel balance has a stamping 26A.That's the only marking on it. Don't know if it is relating to the sash weight. My lower sash weights approximately 8.5 lbs. I want make sure i purchase the correct item. Any information will be helpful. Thank You!

Hello, I'm trying to figure out what part to order to replace my window channel balance. The string broke, so if I can just re-weave a new string into there, that would be good to know. The window say EFCO ANSI Z97.1-1984 The metal part measures 27 inch's long and 5/8 inch wide. There is a stamp with 2616 (in picture) back side of extrusion. thank you for your help

Hello, I am unsure which part this would match to. I think 390 but not real confident as it is a little different. It says my windows were mfr by Gienow Building products. Length of metal part is 27". Please let me know if you need any more details or pics. Thanks!
