House is from 1986 old windows. Windows do not stay up. Need new channels. Channel completely broken Part identifier - B.S.I. 26 C Channel length 27" Width - 1/2 " Window weight - 15.5 lbs

I would appreciate your opinion prior to order these, will need 30 units. The metal is 27" long and the bottom shoe is 1" so it appears that the S351 with 2640 is the correct replacement. The stamp on the metal is 2640 with a special character after the number. The 18-09 appears to be the best fit o ... (cont.)

hi, I had the springs break on a few of my balencens and am looking to replace. They are 27" long, and on the side it has 2640 imprinted on it. Attached are photos of each end as well as what was listed on the window. Any help is appreciated!

Hey I have a bunch of these balances and it's very hard to open or close my window I'm looking to upgrade the hardware

Balance specifications are 29" length x 1/2" width, stamp is 2630 BS. Top yellow fitting is 1 1/4" length x 1/2" width x 1/2" depth. Bottom black fitting is 1" length x 1/2" width x 1 1/8" depth.

Hello, Due to lack of stock, some of the channel balances meant to support lighter windows are out of stock. If I purchase ones that are meant for heavier windows, will it have any negative impact?
