I see no numbers or other markings on the parts. JPG366 shows one of our problems. the plastic part that the metal stub on the window goes into is broken on a couple of the windows. I measured (many times) the Traco pivot shoe with a precision caliper and I think that the 15-121 is the closest fit in size. I am replacing the spiral tilt window balancers with S600-22. The replacement windows in this house Winchester ind Bristol I need to replace 22" spiral tilt red tip balancer. The rod extension is 1 1/2". Most I see are 7/8". Do you have the 1 1/2. Older double hung windows are difficult to open AND close. SPIRAL: 22" × 5/8" balances. Blue Dot.

My spiral balances are 22 inches long and 9/16 inches wide with a blue end tip. I already ordered the charging tool from Swisco. What are the replacements for these spiral balances? Thanks Gabr

ThermalGard windows. Balancer appears to be approximately 22" long and has a turquoise color tip. Price, availability and part number. Also, does the tip of the pivot bar go into the slot or locking piece of the pivot shoe, or just into the opening?

The metal casing measures 9/16" thick and 22" long (22 1/4" if orange/red piece included) The spiral rod piece is 23 1/8" long. This house will be listed for sale in the coming days and need the parts ASAP before clients walk the property and open this one window.

Balances are working fine. However, the plastic part that connects the balance to the window guide has failed. The diameter of the failed portion of this part (the portion that makes contact with the guide) is 1/2". This part slides in a channel 1 3/16" (30 MM) wide and 1/2" deep. The balance tube i ... How do you remove a pivot shoe for replacement? Also I'm not sure of its thickness. It's blue so I assume I should replace it with a blue one. Any suggestions?

Dear Swisco: I've attached a photo of the balances that need replacement. The end is red, it has the series 600 tip, the metal tube is 22" long and 5/8" in diameter (about 9/16" and it's certainly bigger than 3/8"). I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you. Neal Y

I mistakenly ordered and have received 22" series 900 spiral balances. I now realize that I should have ordered the larger 600 series. Can I use the 900 series.
