What length should I order for 5/8" spiral balance for tilt windows 24 7/8" inch long with blue tip and also one that is 21 1/2" inch long with blue tip also? Thank you for your help.

Tension springs hinge parts

I need to replace two, 25" and two, 22" balances and the corresponding shoes. I've looked at your various parts, but I can't figure out which ones to get. The balances appear to be 3/8" diameter. Attached are photos. Can you ID which parts I need? Thank you very much.

Vinyl casing, 22 inch length is 1/2 inch diameter and coil inside is ?". Not sure if side makes a difference, but left side spiral seems to be broken within the vinyl casing. I have 22" long x 9/16" diameter balances with what looks like a turquoise color tip. I don't know what color this would equate to on the balances that you sell. The balance is for a tilting window.

The spiral rod broke off from the metal sleeve. There is a red tip, and the metal sleeve measures 22inches. It looks like the shoe is fine.

Hi, I have thermal gard windows, they aren't staying up. I found that few pivot shoe are broken. I'm thinking to replace the whole hardware to make it right at once. Just want to make sure I'm getting the correct parts, I need 4 Spirals and 4 of the plastic "holders" for the pivot bars. I already have the rest of the parts. As you can see, the Salt air has pretty much ruined the pivots.

I see in you catalog that you have 21 " and 22". The one I need is 21" 1/2 does it make a difference.
