Good Morning. The first two photos are of a spiral balance from a double hung tilt out window. The second photo is the pivot block. I need 8 spiral balances and 8 pivot blocks. Can you help?

Found Pella name on window latch. I need parts one window has 28 inch tubes with plastic covers and blue ends. One window has 22 7/8 inch spring tubes with blue ends, I need shoes for these windows that appear to 1/2 inch X 1 1/2 X 2 1/8 and 4 axles. Can you help?

Hello, I'd like to verify this is the correct Channel Balance. I believe it is the 33" series 385. The part is stamped 3290 (see photo) but there is not a 3290 option in your sash weight menu. my spiral balance tubes are plastic that covers the spring and blue tip. I cut back the plastic tube on one picture. do i measure the plastic tube that goes past the blue tip or from the steel spring below the blue tip. thanks Rich

Have a Barricade window that no longer stays open. I think the cylinder (pictured) has gone bad. It is 23" long when closed, then when the spiral screw is let out it is 45 3/4 inches long. Let me know if you any additional info for the part. Thanks!

Greetings: Some of my window spirals are totally worn out. It measured the aluminum tube and it appears to be 23 inches & 5/8 diameter. My questions is can I use the Blue Tip in place of the Red Tip?
