I just replaced all 4 spiral springs balances measuring 27 x 5/8. I charged the springs with 12 turns on each side, but the top window wants to slide down 1/2 inch to an inch no matter what I do. Help identifying the balance and the latch attached

There is a part in the outer frame of one of my window constructions that is broken. I believe that it is the spiral balance for tilt windows. It is 23" long and 5/8ths" wide. Hi, I think I have found the correct parts for my tilt-in sashes, but would appreciate confirmation. Regarding the spiral balance, mine in 23.5" long and measures around 3/8". Does it matter in selecting a replacement that mine has the coil around the outside (See pic). I believe I should chose Prod ... (cont.)

Hello, the clutches on both sides of my sash are broken, so the upper sash slides down when unlocked. Upon looking at the model I have, there is no color indicator (red,blue,black) as the clutch is a yellow plastic (which is why it broke). What do you suggest?
