I have a broken spiral window balance. The casing measures 29" and it has a black tip on it. When I look up a balance with my specs it doesn't list a black tip. Which do you recommend.

My spiral balance is not identified by a color on the tip. It is a 600 style tilt window. It appears to be a plastic white tube that measures 28 3/4" long and 9/16" wide.The bottom sash weighs 16.5 lbs.Could you tell me which spiral balance to order ? Thank you, Paul

HI. See attached four images. These shoes will take your S600-29 spiral balances perfectly. Was installing them today and broke a shoe. I don't see anything quite like it on your website. 2" Long, 1.25" wide, 9/16 deep. I didn't take any pictures of it in the window, sorry. Let me know ... (cont.)
