Hi, the spiral part will not stay up inside the tube at the top and the lower spiral part is loose. Can't tell what type of window. Balance tube is 34 inches. Single hung aluminum. Sash does not appear to be removable. Probably need about 34 units IF they are changeable with the sashes installed. (Concerned about how to install bottom if sash cannot be removed)
