Looking to replace the hardware and tracks to the bifold doors at our new house. All of the tags are worn out so I can't find any information. Any help would be great. Thanks!

These are metal bi-fold doors. I've used in the past parts I got at Lowe's, but, they don't last, they are not the proper parts. The pins are 1/4" and the piece of plastic that rides in the track is 3/8". Can you help?
