S751-25 25" Series 751 Channel Balance

Need to replace 24HDB channel balance(s) with broken shoes. Also need guidance on how to properly remove wood sash and jamb liners.

please help identify

This part is broke and it came out of the jamb liner for a Semco window. There is a string that attaches to it and the pegs on the bottom of the window sash set into this part. Hello, I have some Mathew Brother's Windows with balances that are no longer working. Do you have replacement parts for them? There is an aluminum track and string on a spring and a clip for the window to hold onto. Thank You, Joe

I am in this house, built in 1989, where most of the windows do not stay open. I worked out how to tilt the sashes out (press in the vinyl and tug on the corner). The one I removed has both the lower and upper sashes stamped on the side with "NAMCO 224 278157 36x24 WHITE LOW-F". The balancers in the ... (cont.)

Hello, I'm struggling to find a replacement or id my current (broken) windows balance. The house was built in 1986 and I believe these are the original wood sashes. Any help greatly appreciated! The only marking is B.S.I 24. The metal piece is 25" long. Best, Sean

Hi. I have 12 SEMCO double hung windows bought in 1998 that are in excellent condition with the exception that 3 upper sash balances need work. 3 of my windows are 16's with no problems. Of the other 9 windows, 9 are marked s 24TG and 3 are marked s 24HD even though they are all about the same size ... (cont.)

Hi The window balances stick. Try to tilt the carrier into the bracket but the don't catch. Not sure if if they need changing. If we do what type are the balances I can probably replace them my self if needed

My balance show 28tg and has a blue hook. See pictures. My jamb liner looks different than video and does not appear to be removable.
