I repaired a window like this one a couple years ago. And I believe I bought the replacement parts from your company.

Bought from Swissco the wrong balances. I hadn't removed the original before ordering. I bought the 24TG, 750 when I think I needed the 751. Can you confirm based on these images? The pivot pin on the window is shaped like a triangle. Thank you, Dan

Hello, I have these window channels and I can find any info on them online. The only markings on these are on the balancers that are marked 24HD BSI.

Looking for Right and left window balances. Channel is marked 24 HB. The sash weight is 10.1 lbs. The channel length is 27 and 1/4 inches. Also need 2 clips (left & right) on the bottom of the side of the sash. If these parts aren't available a complete new set-up would be ok.

The window is probably 40 years old. Tenant said the window will not stay up. After inspecting we see the balance string has slack and appears broken.There is only the number 24 stamped on the metal. Will the new balances need to be made smaller since the new balance are different clutch style and will I have to change to new style pivot ?
