Looking for 2 balancers for a double hung window

Here are some pics of the balancer and shoe out of the jambliner.

I have 2 windows that need all new balances. I assume there are 4 balances per window (top and bottom). Please verify. Attached are pics of one of the balances with part number 24XHD. The tube is 25 inches long. Can you tell me what replacement part I should order

Hello, I hope you can provide assistance with identifying a replacement for a window channel balance. The balance is a 25" long metal channel, the width is 9/16", ribbed, for a tilted window which is around 25-30 lbs. I have included some pictures of the current balances, notice that the outer balance did not have a bottom clutch, it was in pieces in the slot. 25 " long need two of them and they are off of a Norco double hung window

Will need multiple sets of these jamb liners. Overall width is 4", length is approx 49" on long side, thickness is 1/2" except portion of liner that sash slides on, that is about 5/8".
