Good Day, I have several windows with bad windows balance channels. The Channel is 33" in length and has a stamp of FE32HLK 3.S.I. The Issue I have is that all of the plastic top and bottoms are broken and some missing. Are you able to assist? Many Thanks

Hello, After doing a lot of research regarding a replacement for the window balance I have, I ordered the 29" balance reading 28hd. They were an inch short, and after remeasuring them, they were actually 30" but the stamp on it reads 28hb bsl (28hb, not 28hd). Not sure this makes a difference but I ... (cont.)

15ish? yr old Peachtree doors and windows. Double hung, tilting windows. Pictured balance is 30" long and 1/2" wide. Included shot of stamped size. There is a clip type attachment at end of string. Thank you.

hello. I am replacing balancers on windsor wood window. It has the 15-197 foot. I ordered the S751-30 which looks like the old balancer, but it is much larger in width and depth. Old ones are 7/16" in width and overall depth of 7/16. Do you stock that are that small in S751 style. Thanks ... (cont.)

Everything about your ribbed balance looks correct except for the shoe. I think it would still work, but if it doesn't how big of a pain to return? I'm looking for 20 of them, but Think I should start with 2 to make sure they work.

My typical double hung window channel balances are stamped labeled 28HDB, for the lower unit, and 28HD for the upper unit. The upper unit balance being 1" shorter than the lower balance so that the channel length does not interfere with the window lug before completely closing. The 28HDB length is 3 ... (cont.)

I have 28hdb, 28hd, 24hdb, and 24hd, ribbed A751 channel balances for old Norco doublehung windows. I measured the balance and it doesn't match with yours. HDB is the back and the HD is the front if I'm correct. I have several balances I need to order asap. but your 30" says 29hd and mine is 30" but ... (cont.)

I have some Bonneville windows I installed for a customer about 12 years ago and most of the balance systems are failing. They are labeled Unique. The balance parts seem to be a plastic and not galvanized metal as I find in your online catalog. Please see pictures and see if you can help me out. ... (cont.)

How do you remove and install a S751 balance? Marked on my balance it says UNIQUE 30 H D. I see the installation diagram for the other type of balances but this one is not the same is there a diagram for this type.
