S900-30 30" Series 900 Spiral Balance

I want to replace several sashes on Windows that no loner stay open. The tube length is 30 inches, tube tip color is blue, the bottom of the tip is 2 small pi s about an inch apart. What are your recommendations.

I have a balance with a special shoe. I need to order two 26", two 18", and two 30". Do I need to buy the shoes, rivets and balances separately? Also, I notice that the 30" comes in two comes in two color tips. Is that having to do with the weight of the window? I don't know what mine weights but ... (cont.)

I have aluminum windows. I found provided cutout in the tracks, and was able to remove the old pivot shoes by prying with a screwdriver. Replacing the shoes is a bit more difficult. The metal part of the balance is 29.5" long and 3/8 dia. the nipple is yellow. what is the best balance to get?

Looking for the right pivot shoe. Also the swivel balance that is 3/8 at 30" long and 28 3/4"long. when retraced all the way in. The windows a aluminum single hung tilt outs. want to replace balances on original 51"wide tilt window. the old balance weighs 7.5oz. barrel is 30"long. color of tip is white. the end has two pins spaced .5" apart.

I put a replacement spiral balance (900 Series) in and it seemed to work fine. It raised properly, but when I closed the window the balance broke. I searched and found your S900-30 part which closely matches the 3/8 inch tubular balances I have in Savannah GA. My balances are inside a white plastic sheath, but I don't see the availability of ones with a sheath. I have no idea as to the weight of the tilting lower sash of these single hung ... (cont.)

I have window sash that is 33 high * 31 wide. Weighs approx 17 lbs.Current spiral balance is 3/8 wide by 30inch long. What color tip? Would it better to buy the strongest colored tip for better efficiency? Thank you
