I have some old windows in this house I purchased. The part that snaps into the pivot cam is broken on one of them. Where can I get a replacement part? R0083 12/12/01 2CWM SS SEARS Sarb FS i1 93DHWI22 This is all I can make out on the lable

I am looking for replacement springs for a simonton double hung window. I am not sure the weight of part needed but they are a mess. The sash metal piece is also broken and all of the plastic pieces are also broken. Any help in finding parts is appreciated! Thanks

2 5/8" long x 5/16" wide with two 5/32" holes. The number 19 is stamped into the metal between the holes & is visible in the photo with 14 similarly stamp on the other side of the stop. CHINA is stamped on the top between the holes. I need 3. Thank youCharles

It is a old window made by Simonton. The pivot bar is broken. It is an aluminum molded part bearing a number 17 and China on it. See dimensions on pictures attached.

Vinyl replacement windows, installed by Home Depot, may have been Corning or Certainteed brand. None of the pictures on your website were a close enough match to this part. Simonton windows Can you help identify parts the spring has 407 stamped on it so I think it would be a 170-407 and 171-407 But I don't know about the rest

I am lookin for both window pivot pins, pivot latches inner c shaped pieces and the inner assist Springs.

The window was being cleaned and jumped off track. In attempting to put the window back on track I ended up breaking one of the pivot bars. I have added the photo of the broken bar and the tag in the window frame identifying my window.
