There are 3 photos, one showing the broken coil spring on our vinyl window, one showing the unbroken spring and the third showing that we do not have a notch to slide the parts in and out. We need to replace two traco quick tilt constant force balances. I took pictures of how it looks now. The window is Traco. Maybe you can help me by looking at the pictures. How do I replace the white case in the track that coils attached to? Case is 4" tall and fits inside track with no visible cutouts to take piece out. looks like 2 pieces that coil attached to. You may have a video on this but I can't find one. What part # is this? Thank you

Hello, I need two parts for my window. The bar has 985 2-A. It's 2.5 inches long. The pivot lock shoe has a 7 on it. That is also 2.5 inches in length and about 1 inch wide. It's hard to measure without taking it out. Thank you
