This morning I opened a kitchen window and the left shoe pivot locked in the open position. I have removed the sash the shoe pivot appears to be broken. I have a 32 x 54 Gorell window I need the constant force balance system for - for one side only. It looks to be a single coil with the standard house / shoe for it and the metal clip to secure and hang the balance by. The clip seems to be good, but I need the housing (shoe) and the coil to work for ... (cont.)

Vinyl tilt window pivot it has a 7 written in marker.

Can you help me locate this part? This is a vinyl window made by Northeast Windows. I don't see a part that looks like this.on your website. It looks to be a double coil that broke on the outside.

We need the part with the metal (balance?) and the one with the blue part (shoe?). Both have the number Pat 5,353,548. The metal measures 1/2 inch in width.
