Hello, my windows kept falling down because the coil balance is broken and I wanted to replace it. I am not sure which coil balance, guard, and shoe I need so I took pictures. Thank you in advance for your help.

Could you please suggest what model will be suitable replacement of attached broken window balance. Many thanks!

I have ordered from you before about a year ago. I have two Vinyl double hung windows that my tenants are rough with. These parts fell out of the tracks on the sides. They keep the windows from sliding down by themselves. Do you have these parts? Thank You, Shawn

I think my coils are not broken. The plastic housings are broken. Do I just buy the coil housings? Are there more than one type? Here is a picture of an almost working balance.

Hello ? I have identified replacement housings (15-086) by dimensions and appearance, and the coils by rating and dimensions (S180-6, S180-7) but cannot find a match for the pivot housing. Please see the attached photos. Will the 15-087 replace both the lower tandem housing and the pivot housing, or ... (cont.)

The coil spring assembly that balanced a 30 year old vinyl window broke. Bottom window won't stay up. Do you have a replacement? The track it fits in is 1, 3/16ths inch wide and 5/8 inch deep. The window opens about 12 1/2 inches. Thank you! Jeff

Both pieces(still in the window) say either 7L or 7R. There is the following info on the broken coil metal 7HH. Info on the window sticker in image uploaded. On the metal rolls is stamped 731v on one and 536v on the other. Size is about 1 1/8th inch wide, 9/16ths thick and 5 5/8ths long. It is a 30 pound tilt window made by CDI.

Can you determine from the attached images the correct parts that I need to replace both pivot shoes and coil springs. I seem to have a broken balance on one side of my alliance sashlite window. The metal strip is messed up. One photo shows that strip and the other photo of other side appears ok

These counter balances look different from what I can find online. Seems to unlock with a tab instead of a screw. Purchased house new, not sure window mfr. No stickers.

My niece has a sash that does not stay up. The windows are about 5 years old. The coil spring appears to have 'escaped' from the 9lb Quick Tilt Balance. Unsure what "series" (i.e 140 series) is needed.

I have a 30H x 48W double hung impact window that the balances on the lower sash have broken. The weight of the window is 48 pounds. The springs are mangled, and some are broken.
