Hi! I'm looking for replacement parts for an H-LC25-48x77. Both windows will not stay up and slide down. I think I need some kind of "coil balance spring" for the windows because whatever we have snapped on both sides, and on both windows. I'm not sure what other parts I need. Thank you so much f ... I need to replace the coil balance. There is a seperate screw into the frame that acts as a stop, just above the slider. And then the anchor above it. I don't know how to get it out yet to locate any numbers.

Not sure what you call those, but I need to replace. Pictures give you an idea what I'm looking at. Can't figure out how to remove from trac. Any ideas?

Looks like an aluminum ribbon. Was expecting a channel balancer and instead got a ribbon just in the channel???? Examined another window and no ribbon? Outside my expertise at this point.

The part has the patent # 5.353,548 molded into the part. One pic is of the part disassembled, showing one spring in 3 pieces and one plastic part broken. The other pic is of a window that has an identical balance installed. There is no manufacture name on the balance or the vinyl window frame tha ... (cont.)

I need 2 ,one for each side what looks to be 15-086 and 15-807 pivot shoe or maybe tandom coil housing the window (lower ) weigh 18 pounds, S180-8 for springs ? . Also need 2 16-024 mounting bracket and 2 of the top locks that measure 11/16 wide x 1 5/8 long. pat number on the window pivots are 5353 ... (cont.)

I'm assuming i need S140-7 as the shoes read 7L 7R. They are also marked T5,353,548 but i don't know if that is relevant. I do not have permission to cut yet. No markings on coil for LB s. 1.5 in wide. 1/2 in or 9/16 thick. Looks like your s180 spring. Single coil. Need about 10.

I am replacing the balance in one window and see that S180-7 looks like a replacement. Is the 40 inch long appropriate for a 24" sash? Also what does the small adjustment screw do at the top where the mounting bracket is located.

I am looking for a balance for Gorell 5100 series I had installed in 2005. Gorrell has gone out of business (bankrupt) and the company that bought their assets stopped honoring the lifetime warranty years ago and no longer carries the parts. Pictures attached: need balances...they are not attached to the sides of the windowthey move with the window. Also, need the white plastic pieces that stop top sash from going to far down, as well as the pieces for the bottom sash to prevent it from going all the way to the top. Quantity of 10. ... (cont.)
