Window roller-tilt

Looking for a replacement coil the spring broke off and I tossed the metal out but still have the plastic part in the window seal

Pat# 5.353.548 for one of the balances. Both window balances are broken. The single metal band is snapped in half on both sides.

Hi, looking for help identifying which parts I need and how to install them. Jeld wen has told me they will not honor the warranty as they do not make parts for this window anymore, leaving me stuck..

No markings that I could find. Unable to locate any that appear completely enclosed like these. This is the right hand side. The left hand side has a crack in the white plastic housing and cracked piece is missing. Is what I'm looking at actually two parts with only the bottom 1/2 going up down ... (cont.)

These are the broken coil balance spring ends from the right side of an older vinyl double hung window. Traco, I think. Both spring ends have a 7# marking & what looks like "CMC 36, 35". I am looking for replacement coil springs for my window, they were made by gorell the windows weigh 14 lbs and are 35" wide by 21 1/4" tall. the channel the spring and slide runs in is 1 7/16" wide by 1/2" deep.
