I am hoping you can identify this part. The track holding the ballast is very narrow and will need to be pry open to replace.

Hi, I have American Craftsman 8500 series double hung windows. I need 2 sets of coil balances (left and right) and mounting brackets for 2 bottom sashes which each weigh 15 pounds. Need to identify the parts I need to replace. Coils on both sides seem fine may just have disconnected from the balance. I am pulling them out tomorrow just want to get a head start if I need to replace any of them.

I need help with these replacement parts. I believe the windows are American Craftsman . The latches and sash springs are broken. Not sure how to remove the lower sash. thanks

Need to replace balance shoe and pivot bar for top dash. Also need screws for the pivot bar since the originals were rusted fast and had to be destroyed to get pivot bars removed. Thank you. Kym

I earlier found, in your Q/A, a post from 2011 that describes our same problem, but cannot reference it this evening. Problem is with the lower sash, 25"Hx31"W, approx. 15lbs, tilt-out. I am looking for a window pivot lock as seen in the pic. I searched your website and can't find one that matches. This is on a Reynolds window. When I attempt to pivot the window, the pivot bar bends and it pops out of the window pivot. Thanks!

I need to replace my window coil. The window is 21 lbs. The coil housing has the number 7 written on it and the coil currently installed is 1/2" wide. Which coil balance would I need to purchase in order to fix my window?
