The home was a new build in 2004, and the windows are double hung, wooden sash, manufactured by Bonneville Windows that became defunct about a decade ago. The bottom sash is about 29.5" wide x 22" high. It was using a single coil system on both sides. The coil snapped on both sides. Order #1479428 We purchased four of item 38-036 (white) from you and they're almost right. The screw holes aren't threaded on 38-036 and they need to be. I have the above windows and most of the shoes are broken. A few coils are broke as well. I see my shoes are part 15-177 but the notes say to use coil 152-7. The sash weigh about 14 lbs each. Coil 152-7 does not look like it has the correct end. Could you check my work to make sure I'm correct? Is ... (cont.)

The top two rollers are fine but both bottom rollers broke/cracked. I would like to replace. Couldn't find any markings on the screen door.

I have attached a picture of the label from the window. I apparently need 2 coil balances and instructions on how to replace them.

I need to replace the coil balance. There is a seperate screw into the frame that acts as a stop, just above the slider. And then the anchor above it. I don't know how to get it out yet to locate any numbers.

I bought the Coil Balance Shoe (15-177) and the suggested 6 lb 152 Coil Balance (S152-6) as replacements for my window. I don't understand how the Coil Balance attaches to the Coil Balance Shoe.
