Hi, One day, the handle pictured decided to snap while I was trying to lift to unlock the window. Fortunately (Or unfortunately) the left part inside keeps the door secured but it also mean unless I remove this part somehow through pictured narrow access, I will never get the window to open again ... I need right and left coil balance mechanism there is a number 8 on the coil spring. The window will not stay up it slides about half way down. I need the whole mechanism

I need to replace the rubber sweep at shower door bottom. Issue is one of the screw is not tightening in the hole. Screw seems to be ok. I think the hole might have worn out threads. Need parts and help to fix this door sweep.

Sorry that you don't carry the screw pan head in the beige color for the 3/8 inch width. Your online catalog suggest that the 3/8 inch screw is the proper size for the window mount casement lock,#33-072 . My balance springs broke on one side of my Traco window. See attached photo. It appears to have 3 sections of springs. The double hung tilt in window is large - overall dimension is 48

I am told by the manufacturer that I need two balances to keep this window open.
