We were able to remove the window and the balance shoes, supports and coils. The numbers on the shoes are AF87598; The numbers on the supports are H65 34/5M. The coil has a 10 on it, with a J underneath. Both coils have snapped in half (half is on the shoes and the other half is on the support ... (cont.)

I identified a single hung needing a coil balance. I think the series is 1255/3500/3540hs it is a single coil.

Hello, I need to replace window balances in a couple of windows. They're about 20 years old. The spring is just under 1/2" and stamped Caldwell 5#-35" EX. Do you sell these or have a replacement balance? Thanks, Ken

No Identifying marks other than US Patent #5,353,548 I have several rentals that have these windows that need the balances replaced. I would like to have a few of these overnighted to me, then have a source to get them from when needed

Windows no longer stay up, the coil balance springs no longer working. Trying to replace with equal parts if available. Not sure of window manufacture, do not see any labeling?? Do you know where I can get these parts?

Please see the attached. The shoe measures 9/16 ~ 5/8" x 1-7/16" As you can see, the knotches has two knotches. Looks like I would have to replace the springs and shoes. Any suggestions? Eric
