Hi, need help replacing the constant force spring assembly. The window weight is 30 pounds, so I'm looking at the 15-lb/pd/series-140-quick-tilt-balance which looks totally different from what I have I also need the rounded pivot bar. Is there any parts I need for attaching?

Hi, I attempted to go in and remove the window balance hardware but ran into some issues. As you can see from the photos, the spring has snapped off from the main slider/balance and needs to be replaced. I have a window can not find name on . the balancer is broken the metal cam . It doesn't look like it will com apart to replace the cam not sure ? Want to know if you have a good idea which will work

The only number I see on this part is the # 6, there are no other markings. if you have themI would like to order 4 right and 3 left thank you.

The old pivot pin rusted into the shoe. I need a left and right assembly. It measures about 9/16" thick.

Some of the spring coil's have failed in the sash lifting modules . They appear to be modules (three on each side of the larger windows). All of the pivot pins have rusted out. I have Traco Power II double hung windows that tilt. The window balances on the upper/outside window broke. A picture is attached. I have 2 questions: 1. Are parts available? 2. It's difficult to say for certain what you need without seeing the coil balance system removed from the window, but what you show looks like our 15-086 Coil Spring Housings. They connect to the 15-087 Housing Pivot, and use our Series 180 Coil Springs. You will need to re ... (cont.)

the springs have broken on 2 windows. on a sticker at the top of the window are the following numbers 491564 041995 and below that is TR9N TBAG DSLE. The other number appear to be size measurements.
