15-087 Coil Housing Pivot

Double hung window, lower sash springs broken, both sides, looking for 9 Lb. springs, pivot bar and pivot lock shoes. I had Ideal double hung windows installed in July 2019 and last week the coil snapped. It is located on the bottom panel, on the right side. There are two numbers on the balance: the bottom has 6R and the top one has 6# (see photo). I haven't taken the balance out of the window so I can keep it shut ... (cont.)

Hi, Im trying to fix my window that won't stay open and discovered the springs on both sides have snapped. The window weighs 12.8 lbs, and the only marking I see is "6AF" on the spring. What part do I need to replace it with? Thanks

Need replacement parts for coil balancer. The plastic piece is3/4" wide and 3 1/4" tall. Window sash is 32" w X 27" t insulated glass. I think the window is Jeldwen aluminum. Maybe7-8 years old.
