I am looking for a balance for Gorell 5100 series I had installed in 2005. Gorrell has gone out of business (bankrupt) and the company that bought their assets stopped honoring the lifetime warranty years ago and no longer carries the parts. I need too replace the balance in my tilt window

The number I see is PAT5,353,548. My window will no longer stay open.

I need to replace balances on both sides of window. Not sure if they're double or something else. Also window latches on both sides.

Please help me identify the pictures above. Traco Windows patent 5,353,548

trayco double hung windows. the coils on both sides of the lower window have broken. They were lifetime warranted parts for the windows but it seems Trayco has been sold several times and the last company went out of business. If you can match these double hung balances I would appreciate it..and ... (cont.)

Pictures attached: need balances...they are not attached to the sides of the windowthey move with the window. Also, need the white plastic pieces that stop top sash from going to far down, as well as the pieces for the bottom sash to prevent it from going all the way to the top. Quantity of 10. ... (cont.)

Looks like I need some parts, this window will not stay up on it's own anymore.

Cannot find replacements, and should probably order plastic pivot holders(photo).

i am needing 3 sets of the pivot pins and 3 sets of ballasts. The pics of the note paper has the sash dimensions.

i couldn't find this on your site. this is measured at 1/2 thick, 1 1/4 width and 4" lenght. Can you please help me out? thanks! Vee

Am I supposed to:unscrew the "mounting bracket" from the track?seat the mounting bracket directly on top of the coil spring housing?tug up on the two tandem springs and attach them to the mounting bracket?THEN slide the whole assembly up the track and screw in the bracket?If so, how much should I ex ...
