On the coil spring it shows 5EH. I could not get all the parts out of the window for measurements

Hello, Can you please help me identify the correct replacement for what looks like a tanden balance (shown in photo). The broken coils are marked "4FC" and "5FC" (shown in photo). We are looking for the right double roller-tilt balance for a customer. The top metal band has a large "4" and then "31T" imprinted on the top coil. The bottom coil seems to have a big "5" and then "26T" printed on it.

The shoe measures 3 3/4" long when together 1 1/2 inch width Depth 1/2 inch I need both pieces and the bracket they it attaches to. 2 1/4 lower 1 1/2 upper

It has .5 stamped on it. It fell and cracked so you see a whole in the side. It wasn't there originally.It's double hung window in the bathroom. It's about 10 to 15 years old. Thank you.

There is a hook where two spring is attached and is under constant tension . The number on these two balance is 6 and 5 on each side of window. I do not see a part # but I found a couple #'s on the broken springs. One shows a 5 the other shows a 6. I am looking for the entire part including the housing and tilt mechanism. Thanx for this site!

Hello team. The marking on casing is saying 5R and on spring it says 5FH. I need both left and right side casing along with coil. Hope you will be able to help

I have three windows that will not remain open. I have replaced pivot shoes & balances before but non this style. I'm having troubling locating the parts on the website I need. Top coil is stamped 4, bottom coil is stamped 5. Pivot bars are the C channel style.
