Must you use a balance with the "L" stamp on the left side or could you just flip one stamped "R" over?

This window has been a pain for me. The window did not stay up. I tried replacing the balance earlier this year by going to a local window store. I am looking for the correct coil balance for two of my Traci windows. Coil is 1/2 inch wide. Window weight 10 pounds.

I need to replace my window coil. The window is 21 lbs. The coil housing has the number 7 written on it and the coil currently installed is 1/2" wide. Which coil balance would I need to purchase in order to fix my window?

These tandem, coil window balances appear to have different weight numbers stamped on them. One looks like a seven, and the other may be a five. Would you please help me to identify and order the correct parts? Thank you.-Christopher

Two coils one say 4 51t other say 5 36t unit is 1.25wx.5dx2.25long

Looking to replace a pair of coil balances in a double hung, tilting window but not sure which one. Old one is 4" long, 1 ¼" wide, and ½" deep. It's a double coil with a 6 on top and 5 on the bottom. If any more info is needed, let me know. Thank you!
