I have a double hung vinyl window marked Nami and Dura Trust. one of the springs has broken and I can't hold the bottom window open. I need a new spring for the one side. Thanks. #7 is stamped on the balance spring from the single hung window. The unit is 1 1/2" wide x 2 1/2" high overall (to outside of prongs) x 1/2" deep. Once identified, we'd like to order 3 pairs.

Help! I don't know the solution to replacing this. There is 2 coils, idk if it's one contraption or 2 separate sevens put on top of eachother. Please help me replace this part. It is the left side.

We have Gorell windows. On one lower window, the coil spring on each side seems to have broken. (See photos). It has also slammed down hard a few times causing the right corner to separate. My window had a hard time staying up and a few weeks ago I heard a loud snap and now it won't stay up at all. It appears to have an upper coil as well a coil inside the housing unit. The markings "7 A J" are on the coil and # 7 on the shoe balance.

I ordered the S161-07 which is I think the correct part, but the hold down is broke also and I don't see anything on your site that looks like mine. Im sending you a photo if you have the whole thing I would take that. Please let me know if you have something that might work

Hi Swisco! Are these Series 180 parts? Just want to confirm before I order. How do I cornet the spring from the pivot housing with the tandem coil housing?
