S180-07 7 lbs Series 180 Coil Balance

Hi, My double hung window is not staying up. It looks like one of the coils may have snapped. I wanted to make sure I'm ordering correct replacement parts. The window sash weighs about 25 lbs. From what I can see on the coil - it has number 7 imprint on it. My other question is do I have to use t ... (cont.)

I need help with these replacement parts. I believe the windows are American Craftsman . The latches and sash springs are broken. Not sure how to remove the lower sash. thanks

Need to replace balance shoe and pivot bar for top dash. Also need screws for the pivot bar since the originals were rusted fast and had to be destroyed to get pivot bars removed. Thank you. Kym

These tandem, coil window balances appear to have different weight numbers stamped on them. One looks like a seven, and the other may be a five. Would you please help me to identify and order the correct parts? Thank you.-Christopher

These are the broken coil balance spring ends from the right side of an older vinyl double hung window. Traco, I think. Both spring ends have a 7# marking & what looks like "CMC 36, 35".
